Appointments

All GP appointments are now triaged each morning between 9.00am and 10.30am due to the Covid 19 Pandemic.

How do I make an appointment?

Telephone the reception staff between 9.00am and 10.30am Monday to Friday, you will be asked to hold to speak to the doctor.  If you need seen you will be offered an appointment that day, or the following day if that is more suitable.

Emergency

In the event of an emergency,  please explain your requirements to the receptionist and she will arrange for a doctor to contact you as soon as possible.

Telephone Calls

telephonePatients, who wish to speak to the doctor, or practice nurse, outside the morning telephone triage, may leave their details and appropriate information with reception staff and a doctor, or practice nurse will return their call. It is important to stay close to the telephone. Non urgent telephone calls will not be taken in the afternoon.

Only emergency calls, will be taken by the doctor, during surgery.

Home Visits

Home VisitsHome visits should only be requested if the patient is too ill to attend the surgery. Please telephone before 11.00 am, give as much information as possible to enable the doctor to assess your request. Urgent requests will be attended to immediately. Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit.

Surgery Times

If you are being seen by the GP it will likely be between the following times

AM APPOINTMENT – 10.30am – 12.20pm

PM APPOINTMENT – 14.30pm – 16.30pm
