How do I get Test Results
Telephone the Surgery After 11.30am
If you have had tests taken in our treatment room, it is helpful if you wait 2-3 days before contacting us for the results. If the doctor needs to contact you regarding any of your results our reception staff will contact you.
Access to your Medical Records
The Data Protection Act 1998 and the access to Health Records act enables patients to apply for access to their medical record. A medical record chart contains information from the patient, parent, General Practitioner and others involved in a patients care. An application to access health records held by us must be made in writing.
